We specialise in up-cycling of natural and uncontaminated proteins from the yeast, starch, and gelatine industries into high-quality bio-ingredients. This process not only reduces waste but also converts by-products into valuable agricultural inputs, promoting a circular economy.

We do not use protein by-products from the leather processing industry due to the high water and energy consumption and chemical residues from leather preservation and tanning.
